Severance indemnity paid to an employee who does not have seniority to benefit from the legal termination indemnity: it is now exempt from CSG and CRDS, within the limit of 2 / 10th of the monthly remuneration and no longer within the limit 2 / 10th of the monthly remuneration per month worked

Benefit in kind given to the apprentice: the calculation methods are introduced in the Boss

Travel costs between home and work:

• Compulsory reimbursement of public transport costs: an error has been corrected; unlimited subscriptions and not limited subscriptions are affected by the reimbursement obligation

• The ceiling for cumulating the sustainable mobility package with the compulsory payment of public transport costs is updated

General reduction in employer contributions, known as the “Fillon” reduction: the value of the minimum wage is updated.
