DRAFT SOCIAL SECURITY LAW FOR 2022

The draft bill is currently being examined by the "Commission des affaires sociales" of French National Assembly.

The draft bill provides the following measures :

• Continuance of the unification of the social recovery procedures (art. 10)

• Enlargement of the reverse charge experimentation and cancellation of penalties in case of erros in revenu estimate (art. 13)

• Reform of the social security regime for the collaborating spouse (art. 14)

• Basic pension rights of self-employed non-agricultural workers affected by administrative closures (art. 51)
